What is the warranty on your log home package?
Customer satisfaction is our number priority at Cedar Direct Log Homes. We pride ourselves on providing the best cedar log home package money can buy. That is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our our cedar log home packages.
The cedar tree is well known as the symbol of endurance, eternal life and immortality. The ancient civilizations, particularly Egyptians, used cedar resin to mummify their dead. Cedar sawdust was discovered in pharaohs’ tombs. The wood speaks for itself, and we want you to have the peace of mind when making such a large investment.
Cedar Direct Log Homes, LLC warrants, to the original purchaser, all log wall materials provided by CDLH to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship, for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
This warranty does not include labor, installation and shipping costs related to repair or replacement, or damages from improper handling or installation, or failure to sealtreat the log materials of the log cabin packages that we provide.
All customer requests for repair or replacement of materials covered under this warranty must be made in writing and sent directly to Cedar Direct Log Homes, LLC.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
