Cedar Direct is proud to provide a Lay-A-Way plan for our customers. We want to make building and buying your dream cedar log home as hassle-free as possible. For those looking to protect the price of their Custom Log Home Package and want the luxury of taking delivery within the next 24 months, our Lay-A-Way plan is exactly what you need.

With an initial deposit of only 10% of the Custom Log Home Package, the price of your materials purchased from CDLH is frozen for up to 24 months. This protects your investment and could save you thousands of dollars from price increases.

In addition to freezing your package price, CDLH will begin your custom log home designing process. Included with your initial 10% deposit are your preliminary blueprints. You will be ahead of the process when you are finally ready to start building your dream home.

What are the advantages of the 24-month Lay-A-Way plan?

• Your log home package price is protected for up to 24 months from the date of signing your contract with Cedar Direct Log Homes.
• You can immediately begin your design process and receive your preliminary construction blueprints.
• CDLH guarantees your price when you place an initial 15% deposit and an additional 15% deposit after the first 12-month period.
• You can take delivery at anytime before the 24 months have ended by paying the full deposit as stated on the Custom Log Home Package Agreement.
